Burning Sensation Under Collarbone

Korokke - croquettes

Today gabs times homemade croquettes ... fairly flat, but very delicious ^ ^
recipe is completely freestyle, so I usually cook ... and most of it working well: P


Ingredients:
4-5 medium potatoes, cooked (I had the red with the peel)
100g chickpeas overnight soaked
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, parsley, chives 2 eggs

milk
Panko

Chickpeas cook 20min.
potato mash, add the sip of milk to make it a little creamier.
chickpeas, spices, herbs, onions and eggs to the potatoes and mix well. form
Small balls (or piles to roll like me, thanks to too much milk -.-), in Panko and fry in olive oil until browned on both sides.

Can you eat good cold ... plain or with ketchup:)
